This is an appeal from a judgment of dismissal based on a verdict for the shipowner in an action by a seaman for alleged injury, i.e., a strain or other traumatic event, which was predicated on negligence under the Jones act; and breach of the maritime law warranty of seaworthiness. It is urged that the action was also for injury due to a lack of proper medical care for which the seaman was entitled to recover...
