Plaintiff instituted this action to recover $1,000 damages resulting to his 1955 Buick automobile when it collided with a 1956 Chevrolet coupe automobile operated by defendant. Defendant counterclaimed for $15,000 damages for personal injuries sustained in the same collision. Verdict and judgment were for defendant on plaintiff's petition and for defendant and against plaintiff for $2,250 on defendant's counterclaim. Defendant's motion for a new trial...
