Plaintiff brings this law action for injuries to his right leg suffered while he was on defendant's premises. Plaintiff is a trucker. At the time of the accident, May 4, 1957, he operated four trucks. Defendant is a corporation. It quarries limestone and stores it in piles on its premises.
