The individual plaintiffs in this case are residents of Shelby township, Macomb county, and the owners of real property assessed for taxes therein. The Shelby Home Owners' Council is a voluntary unincorporated association comprising owners of land within the township and has joined with the other plaintiffs in instituting the present suit, the purpose of which is the obtaining of injunctive relief.
