This is an appeal taken by the L. J. Messer Company, a corporation, plaintiff, from the finding made by the County Board of Equalization of Jefferson County, defendant, to the district court for Jefferson County as provided for in section 77-1510, R.R.S. 1943. After hearing before the trial court, judgment was rendered in favor of the defendants, and the plaintiff's petition was dismissed. The plaintiff filed its motion for new trial which was overruled...
