The plaintiff brought this action to recover for personal injuries sustained by him when his motorcycle collided with an automobile driven by the defendant Donna Lee Alexander. Because of his condition after the accident, it was necessary that the action be prosecuted on his behalf by his wife as his guardian ad litem.
