Mars, The Contract Company, hereafter called "Company," the payee of certain checks, against Massanutten Bank of Strasburg, hereafter called "Bank," to recover the proceeds of those checks which were accepted by the Bank for deposit and credited to the individual account of one Spiggle, an employee of the Company, upon Spiggle's forged endorsement.
