By petition for review, Trust No. 3, C. E. and Margaret Brehm, Trustees, herein referred to as "petitioner", brings to us decisions of the Tax Court1 entered January 29, 1960, which determined deficiencies in income taxes owed by petitioner for the years 1955 and 1956.
