This is a class action to prevent the arrest for trespass of Negroes who visit the Glen Echo Amusement Park in Montgomery County, Maryland, in opposition to the all-white policy of its owner and operator. Plaintiffs are Negroes, some of whom were arrested by the defendant Collins, and some of whom claim that they have been prevented from visiting the Park by threats of arrest.
