This is an appeal from a judgment of the Court of General Sessions convicting defendant after a nonjury trial on 19 counts of refusing to testify (Penal Law, § 1330) and imposing a sentence of one year of imprisonment in the Penitentiary of the City of New York on each count. The sentences imposed are consecutive as to each of 10 counts, and the remaining sentences are required to be served concurrently...
