The question before us is whether the respondent, Pascal Corporation, is a successor employer to the original respondent, Tempest Shirt Manufacturing Company, Inc., so as to be bound by a decree of this Court enforcing an order of the National Labor Relations Board directed to Tempest. This earlier decree directed Tempest, its "officers, agents, successors, and assigns", to reinstate at its plant in Jesup, Georgia, three of its former employees...
