This is an action in which the plaintiff is seeking to recover $103,000 with interest on a sale to it of municipal bonds of the sixth class city of West Buechel, Jefferson County, Kentucky. The case was tried by a jury. At the conclusion of all the evidence, the plaintiff moved the court for a directed verdict in its favor. The motion was overruled and the case was submitted to the jury for its determination under instructions of the court...
