COLEMAN, Justice.

This is an appeal by the complainant from a final decree establishing a boundary line between the lands of the parties in Township 7 North, of Range 16 East, in Crenshaw County. The lands lie in a river swamp and are valuable chiefly for timber. There has been no adverse possession by either party.
