The appellant, Jean Clay, brought this suit against her husband, Howard Clay, asking for an absolute divorce, custody of the three children of the parties, and alimony in the sum of $10,000. The husband counterclaimed for an absolute divorce and custody of the children. After hearing the proof the trial court (1) awarded the husband a divorce from bed and board and custody of the oldest child, Jack Edward, a 9-year old boy, (2) granted the wife custody...
