Warren, in dismissing the board members of the Ouachita General Hospital of Garland County, was upheld. The record reflects that Judge Warren assumed office as County Judge of Garland County on January 1, 1959, and attended a meeting of the Board of Governors on January 2nd, at which meeting the Judge presided.
