This is a common-law negligence action brought by appellees, Leon Porter and wife, JoAnn Porter, against appellant, L. E. Southerland, for property damages occasioned by appellant's truck, being driven by him, colliding with appellees' house trailer left standing on what appellees have referred to as the shoulder of United States Highway 282 between Benjamin and Guthrie because of a flat tire on said trailer...
