Three questions are raised: 1. Was the minor plaintiff guilty of contributory negligence? 2. Is contributory negligence a complete bar to recovery, or does the comparative-negligence statute (sec. 331.045) apply? 3. Was the award of $2,000 for personal injuries grossly inadequate?
