On June 14, 1960, we held in English v. Cunningham, No. 15704, 108 U.S.App. D.C. 359, 282 F.2d 842, that an order of the District Court denying a motion to prevent a hearing on the Interim Report of the Monitors of September 14, 1959,1 was not the denial of an injunction appealable under 28 U.S.C. § 1292 or otherwise appealable. By previous orders of May 17, 1960 we had dismissed...
