Appellant, Floyd McGhee, and Verna McGhee (hereinafter referred to as Verna) were ceremoniously married May 26, 1944, which marriage continued until they were divorced April 17, 1957. Two children, ages eleven and thirteen, had been born the issue of said marriage. Following the divorce said parties lived separate and apart until about July 4, 1957, at which time they again commenced to live together as husband and wife and continued so to do until...
