Ottinger's, d/b/a Ottinger Construction Company, prayer for cancellation of its bid for the construction of approximately eight (8) miles of highway in Arkansas, and also for cancellation of its bid bond in amount of $35,000 which it had procured from appellee, Standard Accident Insurance Company.
