This is an action to set aside two conveyances of real property from the County of Washington to the defendant, Louis D. Fuller. The case was tried before the court without a jury. The complaint also seeks to have the defendant, Louis D. Fuller, decreed a trustee of the property in question and holding the same for the benefit of the plaintiffs and such defendants as may have any interest.
