This is a declaratory judgment proceeding (§ 34-2501 et seq. Ark.Stats.) brought by the appellant against Southern Ice Company, John Duke, The Borden Company, Curtis Gober, and Bill Herron, all of whom are appellees herein. Each defendant counter-claimed against the plaintiff; and the Trial Court found for each such counter-claiming defendant. From such judgment, the appellant brings this appeal.
