In the exercise of our supervisory control (Article VII, Section 11, Louisiana Constitution of 1921, LSA), we granted a writ of review from a judgment of the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, affirming a judgment of the district court, rejecting plaintiffs' demands for damages resulting from injuries suffered in an intersectional automobile collision.
