Plaintiff filed suit on a note given to it by the defendant for the unpaid balance of the purchase price of a 1955 Dodge automobile, which note was identified with an act of sale and chattel mortgage. The note was in the principal amount of $1,544.40 with 8% per annum interest from Feb. 6, 1958 and 25% of both principal and interest as attorney fees for which amount the plaintiff prayed for judgment and additionally...
