This is a suit by the widow and heirs of Everett Jackson, who pray to be declared owners of a certain described 120 acre tract of land in Ouachita Parish, subject to a mortgage granted by the said Everett Jackson in favor of one D. P. Golson by instrument dated March 30, 1925. Named as defendants were the heirs of D. P. Golson and other parties who were owners of mineral rights and interests in and under the property described.
