This is a petition filed April 6, 1956, for the adoption of a minor boy, born in February, 1956. The department of public welfare eventually1 filed a report disapproving the proposed adoption. The natural parents of the child were not married to each other at the time of the child's birth or when the petition was filed but were married November 30, 1956, some seven and one half months after the filing of the petition.
