Plaintiff brings this suit to recover damages for personal injuries sustained while he was riding as a passenger in a truck. Made defendants are: Fred Hargett, the driver of the truck; Chemical Service, Inc., which owned the truck and employed Fred Hargett; and the liability insurer of the truck.
