This suit was brought by appellants, James V. Dill and wife, against W. A. Holt Company, to recover damages resulting from alleged injuries suffered by Mrs. Dill when she fell down the stairway in Holt's Sporting Goods Store in Houston. At the conclusion of appellants' testimony, the Trial Court, upon motion of appellee, withdrew the case from the jury and rendered judgment that appellants take nothing.
