The matter in dispute in this bankruptcy appeal is the claim of a secured creditor to each of three funds acquired by the receiver, later appointed trustee and so designated throughout this opinion. The referee found the secured creditor entitled to two of the funds. Reversing the referee's order in part, the district court held that the creditor had no security interest in any of the funds.
