This is a damage suit filed by appellant, Henry Edwin Pace, administrator of the estate of his minor son, Oscar Oliver Pace, deceased, against appellees, the City of Amarillo, Texas, and C. L. Munday, alleging damages by reason of the drowning of the said deceased in a lake located in a public park in the said City as a result of the alleged negligence of the said appellees.
