This is a suit in tort for physical damages allegedly sustained by petitioner while working as a domestic servant in the home of Dr. Joseph M. Edelman. The defendants are Dr. Joseph M. Edelman and his insurer, Great American Insurance Company. The Lower Court rejected the demands of the petitioner and dismissed her suit. The petitioner has taken this appeal.
