The judgment under review is one sustaining the general demurrers to an equitable petition praying for the cancellation of a deed executed by the plaintiff and his wife to the defendants, on the ground that his signature to the deed was procured through the fraudulent acts of the defendants and his wife.

The pertinent allegations in the petition were: the plaintiff and his wife on November 21, 1955, possessed two real-estate lots in Cedartown...
