The bill alleged, inter alia, that on or about the first of September, 1950, the parties entered into a partnership or joint venture for the purchase and sale of surplus aircraft parts; that Norden was to furnish the capital and Capps was to devote his time to the business; that the profits and losses arising from the operation of said business should be shared...
