This appeal is prosecuted by the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, appellant, from a judgment of the county court of St. Clair County overruling its objection to the 1953 tax levied by and extended on behalf of Non-High School District 202 of St. Clair County. The case comes to this court on direct appeal since revenue is involved.
