On August 5, 1957, Ralph C. Tobin died a resident of the District of Columbia. His last will and testament dated August 26, 1955, naming Lincoln T. Miller, Sr. and The Riggs National Bank (appellees) as executors, and Marguerite S. McNamara (appellant) as one of the beneficiaries, was found in a safe deposit box on August 14, 1957, at which time appellant was present and was provided with a copy of said will.
