This is an action to recover attorneys' fees for legal services performed by a taxpayer attorney for legal services performed by him, which services have prevented payment of 124 judgments taken against the City of Hammond in the sum of $950,000. A bond issue for the payment of these judgments had been authorized and notice thereof issued. Appellee obtained an injunction against said bond issue and against the payment of judgments on the ground of fraud...
