This appeal is from a final judgment entered after a directed verdict in favor of the appellees.

The facts out of which this litigation arose are, briefly, that the appellant, travelling east on Blue Road, collided with a truck owned by the appellee, Railway Express Agency, Inc., and driven by appellee, Hill, which was proceeding southwest on Ponce de Leon Boulevard, in the city of Coral Gables, Florida.
