Mr. Justice FAIRCHILD, Mr. Justice HALLOWS, and Mr. Justice DIETERICH are of the opinion that the order should be reversed because they deem the complaint does not allege facts sufficient to establish that the report transmitted to the insurance company is conditionally privileged.
