By her petition filed incidental to a pending appeal, appellant Annice A. Justice requests us to enter an order directing the Chancellor to take certain action regarding the custody of appellant's two minor children.

In order to dispose of the matter we must decide whether the Chancellor has lost jurisdiction to enforce the pertinent provision of the decree from which this appeal was effected.
