Relator is imprisoned at the Minnesota State Prison at Stillwater, Minnesota, pursuant to sentence of a judge of the district court of Ramsey County. He was arrested in Kansas City, Kansas, on March 24, 1931, where he was held for 6 days. He signed the necessary papers waiving extradition and was returned to St. Paul and arraigned in the District Court of Ramsey County pursuant to an indictment charging him with having committed the crime of murder...
