This suit was instituted under a bond for deed contract entered into by Scott and Apgar on March 10, 1953, under the terms of which plaintiff agreed to sell to defendant the City Ice Company Plant located in the City of Natchitoches, Louisiana, for a total consideration of $75,000, payable $8,000 cash on said date and the balance to be paid in installments at stipulated times thereafter.
