This is an appeal from an order striking an amended equity complaint for sham, and dismissing the cause "with prejudice."

The appellant, plaintiff below, had alleged that the McGuires and Lily Boyd, by false and fraudulent representations, induced her to make a loan of $10,000 to Boyd, secured by a second mortgage on property then owned by the McGuires and which was to be purchased from them by Boyd.
