Plaintiff, Nancy Carter, as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Charles William Carter, sued Model Dairy Products Company, its truck driver, Orville B. McCoy, and Vernon A. Stallings for $40,000 for loss of her husband's life and for his funeral expenses.
