The appellants, Credit Industrial Company (hereinafter called "Credit") and Equitable Discount Corporation (hereinafter called "Equitable"), filed claims against the Estate of Garland R. Blankinship, deceased; the Bradley Probate Court disallowed the claims; and this appeal ensued. We will sometimes also refer to Credit and Equitable as "Claimants".

Garland P. Blankinship was engaged in business in Warren under the name of Farmers Supply...
