(Majestic), owner of the two-story premises at 297 Main Street, Paterson, and Bohen's, Inc., a retail drygoods establishment occupying the first floor and basement thereof, appeal from a final judgment of dismissal entered in the Superior Court, Law Division, in favor of one of the defendants, Parking Authority of the City of Paterson.
