PER CURIAM.

Petitioner, a prisoner confined in an Arizona penitentiary serving a sentence imposed by a court of that State, petitioned for a writ of habeas corpus in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. He sought the writ upon the ground that he had been denied a fair trial in the state court. The same question was presented in his original appeal to the Supreme Court of that State, State v. Van Bogart, 85 Ariz. 63
