Plaintiff, as the holder and owner of a promissory note payable to its order, executed and signed October 17, 1957, by George H. Hill and Winnie L. Hill, husband and wife, seeks to recover a balance due thereon of $433.36, with 8 percent per annum interest thereon from judicial demand until paid, together with 20 percent additional of principal and interest as attorney's fees.
