Schimpf, as Substituted Trustee of the Estate of Gertrude Gessler, deceased, recently appointed by the Orphans' Court of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, in the place of Robert M. McCay Green, Trustee, deceased, against Nina Ross Gessler, as Administratrix of the Estate of John M. Gessler, deceased.
