HAMLIN, Justice.

In the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction (Art. VII, Sec. 10, Louisiana Constitution of 1921, LSA), we issued a writ of certiorari to the Ninth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Rapides for review of its judgment of September 30, 1959 refusing the demand of the Governor of the State of Arkansas for the extradition of Cecil Chelette and ordering the said Chelette discharged. Incorporated in the judgment is the following statement:
