The appellant contends that there is credible evidence to sustain a finding of additional temporary or permanent disability because he was in good physical condition before the accident, Dr. Miller's statement in the insurance-claim application that disability was due to the appellant's occupation and resulted from the accident, and the testimony of Dr. Montgomery showed the appellant sustained permanent partial disability of 10 per cent which was a result...
